At VitalFit, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

* Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
* Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

* South Africa: 5–12 business days
* Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products in your order. Any applicable shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. VitalFit is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
